Having a cosmetic surgery is a wish come true to some people who are not satisfied with how they look. People who are interested to undergo such process save a hefty amount of money just to get their dream mouth, nose, and other parts of their body.
Unfortunately, there are some cases where the process got botched up and resulted in unwanted results. Worse, some are even paying more money just to fix something that shouldn’t happen in the first place.
This is what Jomar John Riviere and Rolando Parado experience. These two transgender women sought help with Raffy Tulfo regarding to what happened to them and 30 other patients of Dr. Alexander De Leon of La Nouvell.
According to the two, they both paid Dr. Alexander around P75, 000 to P80, 000 for him to make their noses sharp back in 2014. Instead of getting that dream nose, the two got crooked nose.
The two forwarded this concern to Dr. Alexander and he told them to just come back to his clinic in order for their problem to be solved. The catch though is they have to pay another P25, 000 instead of getting it for free.
The two were frustrated with their experience and posted it on their Facebook account to warn other people about Dr. Alexander.

The lawyer of Dr. Alexander then reached the two and told them to erase their Facebook post and issue a public apology for his client.
In a phone interview, Dr. Alexander said the two made libellous statements against him and they should issue a public apology since they damaged his reputation among the public. He then offered the two to settle this problem once and for all, in which the two agreed.
Lawyer Paul Cornelius Castillo, professor at Far Eastern University – Institute of Law, said their case could be remedied in two possible ways: Settling out of the court or filing charges.
Jomar and Rolande then headed to Dr. Alexander’s office to talk about the possible solution for this problem. After the negotiation, Jomar told Raffy’s team that the doctor is seeking public apology first before paying for his responsibilies.
Two weeks later, Jomar and Rolande decided to be firm with their decision on posting their experience with Dr. Alexander on Facebook and headed to the police station to file cases against him. Dr. Alexander is now facing five counts of reckless imprudence and negligence resulting in physical injuries (medical malpractice).
“Nandito na ang mga kaso mo. Humanda ka!” the victims said, addressing Dr. Alexander.
