For the third installment of the controversial story behind the viral video of a driver giving grave threats to a traffic enforcer who flagged him down due to number coding violation, they had a face-to-face confrontation courtesy of veteran broadcaster Raffy Tulfo.
It could be recalled that earlier this week traffic enforcer Lexan Salvador uploaded a video on Facebook showing how a driver threatened his life. During his initial interview, he explained that after a series of negotiation, the driver started bad–mouthing him and giving grave threats.

The following day, the driver identified as Jaime Buenaventura personally went to Tulfo’s TV show to clear his name and explained that Lexan issued a traffic violation against him instead of his driver Cesar Tumulak who was driving the vehicle when they were flagged down.
Later on the same day, Lexan personally went to Tulfo’s radio program to face the rude driver he once encountered. He argued that he initially demanded the license of Jaime’s chauffeur, but the latter is not responding.
“Nag-takeover siya doon sa manibela, inassume niya na siya na ang magpapaticket. ‘Yun pala, nalaman ko expired yung lisensya nila. Siguro may usapan silang dalawa o sila lang ang nakakaalam, mas mapapahamak sila eh! Kasi kung malalaman ko na expired yung lisensya nung driver, mai-impound po,” Lexan explained.
Their confrontation turned into a heated argument as both of them insisted their story and eventually threatened to file cases against each other; Lexan is now eager to file a grave threat case against Jaime while Jaime said he is also willing to file a counter cyber libel case against Lexan for posting the video on social media. He claims that because of the video, his family members are receiving threats from random netizens.
Two days after their heated confrontation, both camps went back to Raffy Tulfo’s program together with their wives, but this time, instead of making the situation worst, both Lexan and Jaime decided to admit their mistakes, apologize, and forgive each other.
